Usage tips

Cleanse face and body first! Always apply enough serum, oil or moisturizer to help the facial and body cups glide more smoothly. Never use on dry skin. Cup every other day, morning or evening, for 2-5 minutes. Tip: We like body cups in the shower (time management). Comes with step by step instruction card.

Face

Jawline & Cheeks: Use a large facial cup. Squeeze and place the cup on the chin, release to create suction and slowly slide out and up to the ear. Follow the contours of your facial muscles to stimulate a lifting and firming effect.
Forehead: Use a large facial cup. Squeeze, place and release the cup in the center of the forehead and slowly glide up and out towards your temple.
Eyes: Use a small facial cup. Squeeze, place and release the cup in the inner corner of your eye and slowly slide out towards your temple. Always be careful with the eye contour: provide gentle suction and apply additional eye product.
Eyebrows: Use a small facial cup. Squeeze, place and release the cup just below and above the forehead and slide to your temples. Stay on the bone of the eyebrow and avoid contact with the eyelids.

Legs

Front of leg and thighs: Use small and/or large body cups. Switch between body cup sizes to vary the suction intensity. Squeeze and place the cup above the knee, release to create suction and slowly slide up. Carefully remove the cup from your skin. Repeat this on the entire front and inner and outer sides of the thigh. You can use straight or zigzag upward movements. Try to drain to the lymph nodes (the groin) to promote lymphatic drainage.
Back of the leg and buttocks: Use a small and/or large body cup. Squeeze and place the cup above the back of your knee, release to create suction and slowly slide towards the buttocks and gently remove the cup from your skin. For buttocks, place the cup under your buttocks and slide up and sideways towards the hip. Repeat these upward movements on the entire back and but in the area. You can use straight or zigzag upward movements
